Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) shall apply to any purchases made by you on the website rumubeauty.com and will govern the contractual relationship between you and RUMU ARTIST S.L, bearing Tax Identification Number (CIF) B10650786, with registered office at CALLE/ LEPANTO Nº129 C.P. 08013 BARCELONA. By using this website or placing an order through it, you accept the contents of these T&C.

RUMU ARTIST S.L reserves the right to modify the content of these T&C at any time. Users are advised to carefully read these terms each time they make a purchase, as the conditions in effect on the date the order is placed will apply.

Prices, Orders, and Shipping Terms

Prices

The price of the items is that indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Euros (€). The established prices are final prices; that is, they include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable legal rate or any other applicable taxes.

Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount should they be payable by you. We will inform you of the total cost of your purchase (including shipping fees) before you finalize it.

The price also excludes any customs duties or taxes that, where applicable, may apply depending on the destination of the shipment.

The payment methods available through the secure Shopify Payments platform are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

Payment will be collected at the time you finalize your order. Until full payment of the purchase price is received, the product remains our property.

Orders

We ship throughout Europe. Our inventory is located in Barcelona (Spain). We will ensure your products reach you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders are processed the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. All orders are processed and shipped from Barcelona, Spain.

Limitation of Liability for Website Use

RUMU ARTIST, S.L. shall only be liable for damages you may suffer as a result of using the website when such damages are attributable to a willful misconduct or fraudulent action by RUMU ARTIST, S.L.

RUMU ARTIST, S.L. will act with the utmost diligence within its reach, according to generally accepted industry standards, to prevent the presence on the website of viruses or other harmful elements that could cause alterations to your device; however, it cannot guarantee the complete absence of such elements and shall not be held liable for any damages that may arise therefrom.

In the event that technical link devices (such as links, banners, buttons, etc.), directories, and search tools enabling access to websites owned and/or managed by third parties are made available to users, RUMU ARTIST, S.L. does not guarantee nor assume any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from the operation or accessibility of the linked sites, nor for the quality, legality, and usefulness of the information, content, and services available on those linked sites.

Right of Withdrawal and Product Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, please note that you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract or exchange the purchased product within fifteen (15) calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquired physical possession of the goods.

We will accept the return or exchange of products subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.

  • Item(s) must be returned within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquired physical possession of the goods, along with the original proof of purchase.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and must not have suffered any damage due to improper use.

  • Items purchased during a promotional event can only be exchanged for gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Process Exchanges or Returns

  1. Send us an email at hello@rumubeauty.com including the following details:

    • Order number.

    • Reason for the return.

    • Whether you prefer an exchange, a gift card, or a refund.

  2. Package the item(s) securely (similar to how you received them) and mail the parcel to the following address:

    CALLE/ LEPANTO Nº129 C.P. 08013 BARCELONA

  3. Once we receive your package, you will receive your replacement item or refund within approximately one week.

In the event that we have inadvertently shipped a different item than the one requested or if the quality of a received product is unsatisfactory, please contact us at hello@rumubeauty.com to arrange a return and/or exchange. RUMU ARTIST, S.L. will cover all associated shipping and return costs.

  • Do I have to pay anything for a return?

    To return any item purchased on rumubeauty.com, simply contact a courier service or local post office and send the product to the address listed above. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • How will I receive my refund?

    Once a return is approved, the purchase value will be refunded using the same method used for the original payment.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Once we have confirmed that the returned items are in perfect condition, you will receive an email confirmation informing you of the amount to be refunded to your account.

  • What if the refunded amount is incorrect?

    If this happens, please contact us at hello@rumubeauty.com. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Other Considerations

  • We suggest that all purchased items be inspected and tried on as soon as they are received to ensure that you can return them within the return timeframe stated above.

  • Gift cards are valid for six (6) months from their date of issuance.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.

  • RUMU ARTIST, S.L. is not responsible for the loss of items being returned during transit.

  • Returns with unpaid postage will not be accepted.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law, and any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona.
