We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return subject to the following conditions:

Returns

You may return items up to 15 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the purchase amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a few days for the refund payment to reflect in your bank account.

Refund Not Received (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@rumubeauty.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item, please send us an email at hello@rumubeauty.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

    To return any item purchased from RūMU BEAUTY, simply contact a courier service or your local post office and send the product to the address above. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • How will I receive my refund?

    Once the return is approved, the purchase value will be refunded to your bank account or to the original payment method used.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Once we have confirmed that the returned item is in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels intact, you will receive an email confirmation informing you of the amount to be credited to your account.

  • What if the refunded amount is incorrect?

    In this case, please send us a message at hello@rumubeauty.com. We will try to resolve it as soon as possible.

Other Considerations

  • Vouchers are only valid for 6 months from their date of issuance.

  • Returns with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
